About DateRecap
DateRecap is operated by SecondSpark Technologies LLC. DateRecap provides a private post-date reflection experience intended to help two participants better understand patterns of compatibility and mutual interest.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DateRecap. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your participation
Participation in a DateRecap reflection is voluntary. You are responsible for the information and responses you submit and for deciding whether and how to act on any information presented by DateRecap.
Private links
DateRecap may provide unique private links for reflection sessions. You are responsible for sharing those links only with the intended participant and for avoiding public distribution of private session links.
Results are informational
DateRecap results, scores, summaries, and insights are provided for informational and reflective purposes only. They are not professional psychological, medical, therapeutic, legal, or relationship advice and should not be treated as a guarantee of compatibility, relationship success, safety, or future outcomes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse DateRecap, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's session, interfere with the operation or security of the service, use the service for unlawful purposes, or use private session information to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm another person.
Availability and changes
DateRecap may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or free from errors or interruptions.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SecondSpark Technologies LLC is not responsible for decisions, communications, relationships, or other actions taken by users based on DateRecap results or interactions with other participants.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as DateRecap develops. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
