How does DateRecap work?
One person starts a reflection and shares a private invitation. Both participants independently answer 15 questions. Shared insights become available after both submit.
Does my date need an account?
No. The person creating the reflection needs a free account, but the invited participant can take part as a guest.
Can the other person see my answers?
No. Individual ratings remain private. Both participants see combined insights rather than individual answers.
When are results available?
After both participants submit their reflections. If only one person finishes, the shared results are not revealed.
How long do we have to finish?
The reflection submission window is 24 hours.
Can I edit my answers?
Yes. You can review and edit your responses before final submission. Once submitted, your reflection is locked.
Can the invitation link be used twice?
No. The invitation can be claimed only once. Merely opening the link does not consume it.
Does DateRecap decide whether we should date again?
No. DateRecap offers informational insights; the choice of what to do next remains yours.
